Description
Step 1
Boil the potatoes with their skin in a sufficient amount of water, then peel them.
Step 2
Cut the lamb meat into small pieces and cook separately in a little water for approx. 8 minutes.
Step 3
After cooling, mix the potatoes and meat, including the broth. You can also pre-cook a larger amount of the mixture and then freeze it in portions.
Step 4
