The vet login provides access to a separate B2B shop area with extended functions. The login process consists of three steps – no password required:

1. Enter email
   On the login page, enter the email address of your practice registered with us.
2. Receive one-time code
   You will immediately receive a 6-digit one-time code at this email address.
3. Enter code & log in
   Enter the code on the website – you are logged in directly.

No. Access is exclusively via a 6-digit one-time code that we send you by email. A permanent password is not necessary.

Your login remains active on the same device for several days. Therefore, you do not need to request a new one-time code every time you visit.

Yes, we can change the primary email address stored with us for you at any time. Simply send us a short message with the desired new primary email address to info@almapharm.de.

We can create additional, personalized accounts for your practice account free of charge. Simply send us an e-mail to info@almapharm.de with the following data of the additional user:

• Practice name
• First name
• Last name
• E-mail address of the additional user

If you are not yet a customer of almapharm or do not yet have access to our veterinarian shop, please complete the form below and submit your registration request. After successful verification of your data, we will activate your personal access and inform you via e-mail.

Our veterinary shop is exclusively available to customers with a valid pharmacy certificate. Your details will be internally reviewed before your access is activated.
