    Description

    Step 1
    Simmer the millet in three times the amount of water for approx. 5–10 minutes at medium temperature, then reduce the heat and let the millet expand for about 15 minutes.

    Step 2
    Cut the lamb meat into small pieces and cook separately in a little water for approx. 8 minutes.

    Step 3
    After cooling, combine the millet and meat with the broth. You can also pre-cook a larger amount of the mixture and then freeze it in portions.

    Step 4
    Always mix the cooking oil and MultiVital H fresh into the meal.
